The Scheffers—there are so many wonderful things to say about Sydney and Ryan, both as a couple and about how truly amazing their wedding day was. It was intimate, FUN, and uniquely breathtaking.

Sydney and Ryan share a love that is soft yet strong, tender yet unbreakable. From the moment I met them, I knew their wedding was going to be something special. Their love didn’t need to be shouted—it was felt in the way they looked at each other, in the way their hands always found each other throughout the day, and in every captured moment.

The weather was perfect for their August wedding. The venue featured a stunning ceremony space with bistro lighting and a large water fountain surrounded by flowers. Ryan and Sydney’s vows were heartfelt and hilarious! Even with their inside jokes, I felt like I understood them. After the ceremony, it was time to enjoy cocktails and socialize! Every single one of their guests felt like a friend. They checked in to see if I needed anything, showered me with compliments, and were so present with one another. You could tell everyone was SO excited to celebrate Sydney and Ryan.

I also heard one of the best best-man speeches ever at this wedding, and to this day, I have yet to hear one that stood out as much as that one. The room was filled with laughter and cheers, and so many special moments unfolded. Sydney and her father shared an emotional but incredible father-daughter dance. And when the dance floor opened—boy, did it open! There were dance-offs, a limbo line, and custom sunglasses that guests passed around for a fun, unified gallery moment.

I left that wedding on such a high, and looking back at these photos, I just want to relive that day again and again!
