Lauren won a raffle through a business I partnered with, which led to this beautiful session. I had only met her once before, but she was the sweetest soul—and it turns out her entire family was just the same! They were SO kind and genuinely loved being together. Her two little girls, only 16 months apart, were absolute best friends—holding hands, giggling, and sweetly sharing their crackers and cookies.

During the session, I told Lauren and her husband to pretend I wasn’t there, to just enjoy some family time with their daughters. I like to call this my “fly on the wall” trick—I step back, stay quiet, and let the magic unfold. As the sun dipped lower in the sky, the setting became absolutely perfect to capture the love and joy of this beautiful family.
